I haven't weighed myself in a long time, but I know that I'm on the right track and perhaps at the lowest weight that I've ever been.  I wear a size medium top (in women's) and size 12 shorts are a little loose.  I do have some 10's that fit, too. 

I need to keep blogging here, religiously because it's one of the very reasons I'm down over 100 pounds... It just keeps me accoutable!

- Popcorn and candy at the movies (too much of the first)

I've been on pain meds for almost ten months now due to my major, reconstructive knee surgery.  I've done a good job of weening off of them and in seven weeks, I will be off them altogether! At one point, I was taking eight of the 7.5 pills now I'm taking four of the 5.0mg  I was on four this week (one day I took three and one day 3.5), and next week will be 3.5, then the next week just three, and so on.  I will keep you posted as to how it goes.

Went to pride today.  It was fun but hot.  We decided that next year, we are going to set up a booth for Angie's pet sitting and behavior counseling service and give away free water for the doggies at pride and free bones and stuff.

Relearning life's lessons

They say that we have to keep re-learning life's lessons until we actually "get it."  I know that eating a bunch of junk makes me feel sick, tired, worthless and just plain horrible.
