- Two eggs, scrambled in butter with two sausage patties
- Chunky chicken vegetable soup
- Tuna salad on an oopsie bun
- Low carb vanilla ice cream
- Spaghetti squash casserole

If you truly feel better eating this way let your holiday experience be a way of confirming that this is the best way of eating for you. I love your recipe links. I've been low carbing for years and had never seen a recipe as easy and versatile as the oopsies. They really satisfy the need for bread. Keep posting- your honesty is truly inspiring.
