- Spaghetti squash with ground chuck, no sugar added tomato sauce, mozzarella and Parmesan cheese with a buttered oopsie roll
- A burger and a half on oopsie rolls with hot pepper jack cheese, tomato, mayo, lettuce, onions, mustard and low carb ketchup
- Some raw almonds

ReplyDeleteWe have a spaghetti squash recipe in mind but there aren't any spaghetti squash available around here yet. One day soon!

ReplyDeleteIf you lived closer, you could just stop by because we have 4 spaghetti squashes in the house now!! They were 50 cents a pound at the local grocery and I could not resist! They are usually about $1.25 a pound here... so that is a big change. I came home with four of them and I wish I would have bought more!
By the way, after I bought it, I noticed that it was made in MICHIGAN, which is where I'm from... so that is always a good thing.. Probably why it only was 50 cents a pound!!
