- Two sausage patties with four eggs and cheese
- 2.5 pieces of oopsie-flax pizza with ranch
- Half of a pork chop, breaded with parm and pan-fried
- Meatloaf sandwich on a
sesame seed bun
with hot pepper cheese, mayo and one-carb ketchup
