- Four eggs
- Deviled eggs
- Chicken
- A little cheese
- Burger

  3. Thanks, Stephanie! I do eat veggies, but mostly in a recipe... If I ever have them on the side, I stick with lettuce, celery, broccoli or cauliflower. Thanks for the comment! Do you eat low carb?

  4. I just started 2 weeks ago. No sugar or white flour. Pretty proud of myself. Trying to lose some weight. I feel good and lots of energy! But hardly any weight loss yet. :(

  5. That is amazing!!! Have you read the Atkins Diet book by chance? You have every right to be proud of yourself for giving up sugar and flour like that... Not an easy thing to do at all!
