Egg fast? What?

- Four eggs
- Egg salad
- Egg salad
- Egg salad
- Sugar free jello

I've been on an inadvertent two-day egg fast.  How'd that happen?   This is what happens when you make a big batch of egg salad and nothing else sounds as appetizing.
