- Deviled egg with mayo
- Cinnamon flax muffin with butter
- Sugar free jello
Saturday's Eats:
- Two eggs
- Low carb stuff at the Chinese buffet: cheesy spinach, bacon-wrapped shrimp, green beans & Mongolian BBQ with chicken, egg, steak, mushrooms, broccoli, zucchini & a little soy sauce (wish they would have left the soy off, however, but it was still a lovely meal)
- Sugar free jello
