- Half of a chicken breast with low carb honey mustard
- Atkins meatloaf
- Unpotato salad
- More creamsicle jello
- Salad with 1/4 of a chicken breast, eggs, celery, green pepper, cheese and ranch
- A low carb pancake (plain)
