Low carb menu

- Four eggs
- Salad with iceberg lettuce, ham, egg, cheese & home made thousand island
- Four eggs with a sausage patty
- Cheese


  1. Hi, I just stumbled across your blog. I couldn't help but notice that you have eggs every day. I love eggs, I just scrambled some yesterday, but I always worry about the cholesterol. Sometimes I take a hard boiled egg to work with me for a snack when I need a boost of protein. I'm fairly new on my weight loss journey, though ... I'm still learning and taking it one day at a time.

  2. Well, I eat eggs a LOT and I've lost over 100 lbs and the very low carb lifestyle is really working for me...
