Kind of low carb menu

- Four eggs
- 2.5 low carb pancakes with Walden's sugar free syrup
- Chicken salad (chicken, green pepper, relish, mayo and liquid splenda)
- Chinese buffet  (1.5 plates low carb, half a plate not-low-carb)
- Creamsicle jello
