What I ate

- Four eggs
- Two low carb waffles with Walden Farms sugar free syrup
- Half of a baked chicken breast with low carb honey mustard
- Medium popcorn from movies, four peanut butter cups, 2.5 servings of Reeses pieces, almonds (felt sick after I ate this, of course)
