Low carb menu

- Two eggs
- SF jello
- Two pieces of chocolate pb fudge 
- Chicken salad
- Cinnamon flax muffin with butter

Oct - you have to try this fudge!!  I make it pretty much exactly like the recipe, only I omit the walnuts and double the cream cheese and protein powder.
