Low carb menu

Still eating low carb!

Adding in some more "healthy" carbs for a couple reasons, namely hormonal.

Yesterday's weigh-in: 155.2.
Today's weigh-in: 154.8.

11 eggs total
1 oz cheese
1 can of pumpkin
3 cans of mushrooms
some olive oil
cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice
15-20 strawberries
Atkins French Vanilla shake
mustard and low carb ketchup

So, this is wayyy more carbs than I usually am comfortable eating, but the scale liked it, nevertheless.  Shocked!
