Low carb menu and anxiety

- Salad with iceberg lettuce, ham, cheese, celery and hard boiled egg with ranch
- Three whole deviled eggs
- 1.5 pork chops, breaded with parm with one~carb ketchup
- Two low carb pancakes
- Another pork chop
- Strawberry banana creamsicle jello

Scheduled an appointment for Friday to see my doctor for my anxiety. This is something I've struggled with for many years and I'm finally biting the bullet and going in. I deserve to live my best life, period.
