Low carb menu

- Two sausage patties with three scrambled eggs and cheese
- Three scotcharoos
- 1.5 pork chops, breaded with parm and fried with one~carb ketchup
- Three chicken fingers, breaded with parm and fried w/ Ranch

Weighed in a 202.6! That is 2.4 lbs down in a few days, so that is great news. I've been working out along with eating very low carb, mostly meat.
