Low carb menu

- Two burgers with onions, mayo, mustard and low carb ketchup
- Three scrambled eggs
- Two low carb pancakes with two sausage patties
- Atkins meatloaf
- Drumstick treat without the crust (double layer of peanut butter) 86 the peanuts too (Ang is not a fan of nuts)

Soo the lump in my breast was just subcutaneous fat, which is awesome.  They performed an ultrasound so that is great news.  I'm in good health!  It's so nice to have a clean bill of health.  If you don't have your health, you really don't have anything.

Ang and I are going to a movie later today... to see The Avengers.  It looks pretty good.

Please continue to pray for my family.  We are pulling together, but we are really going through a lot that I can't mention here.  A big family equals a load of drama, I suppose.  It's made me want to eat to numb the pain, which is crazy because it only work temporarily and then makes me feel completely horrible afterward.
In good news, my little sister graduates this weekend and her party is next weekend. It will be fun to see the whole family.

What are your plans for Memorial day?  We are going to see Mom and let the dogs run around in her huge yard.  We are grilling out burgers and dogs (or brats) and I'm taking cole slaw.  Mom has really let the family drama get the best of her, so we hope to help cheer her up.  I have to teach Ang the card game called Euchre because it's all my family loves to play when we all get together and she is a fast learner so it should not take too long.  That is what yahoo games are for, right??

  1. I'm saying a prayer for you and your family. *hugs* I hope things get easier over time. :( I don't know what it is, but lots of good wishes coming your way.

So glad the lump wasn't serious! How scary and what a relief you must feel to know.

Did you enjoy the Avengers? I saw that with the guys for Matt's bday celebration, part 1. :) We saw Dark Shadows for bday celebration, part 2. Both movies were way fun!
