Low carb menu

- Ham and sausage quiche with one-carb ketchup
- Three low carb pancakes with two sausage patties and Walden's sugar free syrup
- Chicken breast, breaded with parm with low carb honey mustard 
- Atkins meatloaf with mustard, mayo and ketchup
