Low carb menu

- Four scrambled eggs with sausage and cheese
- Two bunless burgers with swiss cheese, diced onions, tomato, mayo, mustard and one-carb ketchup
- Two sugar free popsicles
- Pork chop, breaded with parm
- A spoonfull of natural peanut butter

Bowling tonight!
