Low carb menu & new muffins

- Four eggs
- Burger with lettuce & smoked cheese
- Four eggs
- Two almond cheese muffins (so good and only 1.5 carbs each!)*

*I added 1/2 t of baking powder to these, doubled the recipe & added an extra egg, which made them puff up a bit more.
