Low carb menu for the past two days

Wednesday's menu:
- one (two halves) deviled eggs
- four eggs
- four hot dogs
- half a piece of jello poke cake

Thursday's menu
- hamburger patty
- four eggs with some smoked Gouda
- three hot dogs
- tuna salad with lettuce

  1. Do you have a good recipe for devised eggs? I love eggs also. You can eat them so many different ways. And to boot they are cost efficient!

  2. I just add mayo, mustard, salt & pepper, sugar free relish (can be hard to find so sometimes I skip this), and liquid splenda (I use ez-sweetz brand). I do this all to taste.. Hope this helps!
