Yay! You're going to love it! Instead of taking the time to cube my cream cheese, I just nuked it for about 80 seconds until it was all about the consistency of soft butter then I was able to stir it into the meat with no problem. Ang doesn't like it, but I really think if she only tried it, she would be a convert.. :) I'm so excited that you are going to make it!
I just got back from the grocery and have all of the ingredients now. I'll probably make it tomorrow and let you know how it turns out!
