- Unpotato salad
- Burger with tomato, onions, lettuce, mayo, mustard and low carb ketchup on an oopsie roll
- No noodle lasagna
- Cottage cheese
Okay, if you have never had the no noodle lasagna, you really need to try it. I did take Linda's suggestion and added the extra 8 oz can of tomato sauce. This made a huge difference from when I made this in the past. Also, instead of using two pounds of ground beef, I used half sausage and half ground beef.
I made this for my good friend and the gf, both who are Italian and they scarfed this down! My friend was shocked at how filling it was. I think that when you eat nutrient-dense food, you do get fuller quicker. Clean plates all around, so that says something for sure!
OMG, that lasagna was beyond amazing. We have to make that again sometime. And by "we", I mean "you". lol.
