Day 4 Low Carb Menu for Friday, February 19th, 2010
- Swiss cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, onion, mustard, mayo and low carb ketchup on an oopsie roll
- Tuna salad with tomato and a few diced onions on an oopsie roll
- Low carb peanut butter cheesecake
- Swiss cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, onion, mustard, mayo and low carb ketchup on an oopsie roll
- Half a piece of mock rice pudding
I had a look at the mock rice pudding recipe and it looks delicious. I don't dare make it because I know I wouldn't be able to do what you're doing and eat only a bit at a time!
