2-3-10 Eats
- Slice of baked ham
- A stalk and a half of celery with natural peanut butter
- Low carb ice cream bar
- 2 hot dogs with a slice of cheese, mustard and low carb ketchup on an oopsie roll
- Cheesy spaghetti squash
- Grilled cheese, on an oopie roll, with tomato slices on it
- Oopsie roll with butter and Walden Farms' maple syrup
I find that at times I am craving sugary or salty food its better to just indulge on low carb staples such as chocolate and nuts. What else I like to do is to mix frozen berries and mixed nuts with some whey protein in the bowl of almond sugar free milk. It is awesome, rich and very satisfying. You can put stevia or splenda for extra sweetness. It tastes soooo good!

ReplyDeleteI hope you're doing well. We've had our ups and downs lately. On the positive side of life ... we've been experimenting with a few new recipes lately - an ultra-rich chocolate pudding and a grain-free pancake. I'll post some of the details soon on Wowee Zowee.
