Low carb menu

- Two cheesy hot dogs with low carb ketchup
- Two low carb pancakes with sugar free Aunt Jemima syrup
- Meatballs with spaghetti sauce (The kind from Big Lots has no sugar added).
- Spaghetti squash
- Half an oopsie with butter
- Half a piece of brownie cheesecake (low carb recipe to follow if I can remember what all I added!)

Weigh-in: 232.8!

Lowest adult weight ever!
