Low carb menu

- Two sausage patties with two low carb pancakes
- Three low carb pancakes
- Pork rinds with Mexican dip
- Cheeseburger with two sesame seed bun, mayo, lettuce, mustard and low carb ketchup

This Mexican dip is good - really good....

Weigh~in: 202.6. Ugh, I have to get back in the 190's... Too many peanuts, cheese and just doing emotional eating when I'm not even hungry. I've had a very stressful week in terms of having health issues with my dog and that has just been the tip of the iceberg.

I can't let the outward stresses destroy my emotional stability.
