Low carb menu

- One egg, fried in butter
- Two eggs, bacon wrapped shrimp, cheesy spinach casserole, white fish, beef, a couple slices zucchini and shrimp (at Chinese buffet)
- SF jello 
- Two eggs and two sausage patties with sf syrup
- Two servings of burger florentine
- Parmesan cheese

I need to reel in the eating.  Definitely been eating for comfort and for reasons other than fueling my body. I need to get this in check for sure.
