Day 3 Low Carb Food Menu ~ 21 Day Challenge

- Buttered broccoli
- Meatloaf with low carb ketchup
- Meatloaf sandwich on an oopsie with a tomato slice, mayo and swiss cheese
- Baked parmesan cheese crusted pork chop with ketchup
- Meatloaf sandwich on an oopsie with hot pepper jack cheese and mayo
- Broccoli and cauliflower with butter
- Orange dream no bake cheesecake

    I salute you for getting back on the wagon! Today's menu looks both "on plan" and tasty.

    I just weighed myself earlier today and found that I actually lost weight while on our 10 day family vacation! Maddy lost a little bit too! She's at her lowest weight in quite some time. Life keeps on teaching us that we can live a healthy and fulfilling life without lots of carbs. It is doable and it can be enjoyable!

    Keep on with your challenge! I know you'll make it and keep on the right track in 2010! If I were a betting man (besides poker), I'd bet on you! :-)
