Low Carb Menu for January 4, 2010
- Two hot dogs on an oopsie with mustard, low carb ketchup and diced onions
- Parmesan cheese breaded chicken breast with low carb honey mustard, tomato and swiss on an oopsie roll
- Half a chicken breast with more low carb honey mustard
- Low carb vanilla ice cream with natural peanut butter
*This honey mustard is definitely a keeper! I think it tastes better than Wendy's honey mustard, but not quite as good as Bennigan's. Either way, it's a lot of bang for your carb-buck. I have the recipe memorized already and I've only made it twice... It's pretty amazing.
