Day 4 of 21 Day Challenge

Day 4 Low Carb

- Meatloaf with low carb ketchup
- Orange dream cheesecake
- Two smoked sausages with hot pepper jack cheese, onions, mustard and ketchup on an oopsie
- Sugar free coconut chocolate
- Pumpkin bake with whipped cream
- Low carb ice cream almond bar

I need to quit being such a sweet-a-holic. What gives? This blog is beginning to look more like a confessional than something that resembles a healthy low carb menu plan. I may have stumbled, but I'm not giving up!

The plan is more meat... more veggies... more healthy fat....

  1. Sweet is sneaky. You have a little and then you want more more more! So I have found it best to cut sweet stuff right out altogether. Your plan of more meat and veggies is spot on! Go for it. And some delicious fat to help it go down. Butter makes everything better!

    You mention meatloaf -- do you make it yourself? If so, can you point me to a recipe?

  2. we finally made your pumpkin bake, it was good. My kids liked it too, though we were expecting it to be more breadlike for some reason LOL I think it looked like cake and thats why. We will probably make it again.

    I use all ground sausage or bacon.
