- Two sausage patties with three eggs and low carb ketchup
- Half an oz of cheese
- Deviled eggs
- 1.5 chicken breasts, breaded with parm, dipped in
low carb honey mustard
with mashed cauliflower
- Two tuna patties with mayo and low carb ketchup
