Low carb menu

- Half of a pork chop, breaded with parm with low carb honey mustard
- Zucchini flax muffin with butter
- Chicken breast, breaded with parm with honey mustard with buttered broccoli
- Another chicken breast
- Seven meatballs with mashed cauliflower
- Pumpkin bake
