Congrats on the loss! And congrats on taking steps to get a handle on the condiments. Such little things shouldn't be such monsters. I guess I'm lucky in that I don't like mustard, mayo, salad dressings or most sauces on their own. I'm not lucky in lots of other cravings though. And not lucky in that I don't like eggs very much.Why is it that things that are just normal to other people make me gain? I'm inspired by you! *hugs*
Thanks for the vote of confidence... You continue to inspire me as well. I think we all have our own "stuff." I've been listening to Jimmy Moore's new podcast with Doctor Muscles called "Keto Talk" which is amazing. They said that people do digest things differently, which felt good to hear, for some reason.
