Low carb menu

- Four eggs, fried in butter
- Flax pancakes made with: five eggs, about 1/3 c flax meal, cinnamon, sweetener, oil, water and baking powder -- pan fried in canola (which I know is not the best, but it's what I have on hand)

Colonoscopy prep tomorrow.... liquid diet!!

I should make some jello to have for tomorrow... :)
