- Two egg omelet with tomato and swiss
- Meatloaf with diced onions, diced tomatoes and low carb ketchup
- Two deviled eggs
- Raspberry fluff
- Cheesy ham and spaghetti squash
Weekly Wednesday Weigh-In: 254.8, which is 1.4 pounds down from last week. I will take it! I'm within ten pounds of my lowest adult weight ever, which is scary, but so exciting!
