Low carb menu

- Two zucchini tacos with seasoned taco meat, cheese, sour cream and diced onions
- A plain zucchini taco shell
- Three hot dogs on an oopsie roll with diced onions, mustard and low carb ketchup
- Pumpkin bake
- Unpotato salad
- Burger on half an oopsie roll with tomato, onions, swiss, mushrooms, mayo, mustard and low carb ketchup


  1. I was wondering how the taco shells taste just by themselves. How was it?

  3. I need to try those taco shells! Currently I throw my taco fillings in lettuce or red cabbage. It works and its quick, but miss something more substantial.

  4. These taco shells are SO amazing. Plain, they almost resemble a nacho chip in the taste... Think doritos but without the nasty corn after taste. I like the zucchini ones better than the cauliflower ones. Instead of two eggs, I use three eggs and I add in some of my home made taco seasoning to give the shell a little flavor.
