ReplyDeleteOct ~ Jillian says that you should do the workouts 5-6 days a week, so I'm going to shoot for one "rest" day per week.
ReplyDeleteNancy ~ I do the exercise right after I take a pain pill, but I will be off those soon enough. I'm still relying on my cane for much of the time, but I am doing very small walks without it, such as to let the dogs out and stuff like that. Working out feels so good, especially a really intense one like this after I was in the wheelchair for so long.
