- Broccoli and cauliflower with a little cheddar cheese
- Two deviled eggs (one whole)
- Turkey, ham, bacon, bacon, cheese panini on an oopsie roll, grilled and dipped in low carb honey mustard
- A spoon of natural peanut butter
