Scotcharoos, baby!

- Four eggs
- Parmesan-breaded pork chop with mayo
- Low carb chocolate mousse
- Scotcharoo 

 The mousse is nothing to write home about, but the scotcharoos are... very good.  We chopped them up and put them in the freezer.

To be fair, the mousse is really, REALLY high-fat and low carb, which is always good.  Maybe I will tweak it a little more.
