- Hamburger with hot pepper jack cheese, grilled onions, mayo, mustard & ketchup on an oopsie
- Buttered broccoli
- Low carb meatloaf**
- Meatloaf on an oopsie sandwich with hot pepper cheese & mayo
- Low carb peanut butter cheesecake with whipped cream
**I have found that you can make any meatloaf recipe low-carb by subbing out the breadcrumbs for Parmesan cheese. Most of the time, I only put about 75% of what it calls for, but lots of people sub it cup-for-cup.
Soo... make Mom's meatloaf, just leave out those breadcrumbs!!
