- Just like stuffed baked potato
- Cheeseburger with hot pepper jack cheese, tomato, mayo, mustard and reduced sugar ketchup on an oopsie bun
- 100 calorie pack cocoa roasted almonds
- Spaghetti squash pizza: cooked spaghetti squash mixed with sour cream and cheese, topped with 1 cup sugar free spaghetti sauce, mozzarella cheese, sliced deli ham, mushrooms and pepperoni, baked in a pie plate (getting creative with the leftovers)
- Strawberry shortcake: pound cake, strawberries sweetened with granular Splenda, topped with whipped cream
