Day 123 Low Carb Plan

Day 123 Low Carb

- Sausage patty, egg and deluxe American cheese on an oopsie roll
- Cocoa roasted almonds (2-100 calorie packs)
- Hamburger with deluxe American cheese, tomato, romaine lettuce, mustard, mayo and reduced sugar ketchup on an oopsie roll
- Spaghetti squash mixed with sour cream and cheese and baked
- Hamburger with deluxe hot pepper jack cheese, tomato, romaine lettuce, mustard, mayo and reduced sugar ketchup on an oopsie roll
