Day 82... I love low carbing - do you?

DAY 82 Low Carb Daily

- Low carb peanut butter / french vanilla protein shake sweetened with Sweetleaf Stevia
- A piece of pound cake with peanut butter frosting
- Fiesta chicken hot bake with sour cream and salsa

I'm finally doing it! No more excuses...

Exercise: 1 mile brisk walk

  4. Yes! The peanut butter could really be subbed out for anything, I think... Blueberries, raspberries, strawberries? Yum! Let me know if you experiment and how it turns out...
