DAY 82 Low Carb Daily
- Low carb peanut butter / french vanilla protein shake sweetened with Sweetleaf Stevia
- A piece of pound cake with peanut butter frosting
- Fiesta chicken hot bake with sour cream and salsa
I'm finally doing it! No more excuses...
Exercise: 1 mile brisk walk
I dont really love it, but I can get used to it. I love the way I feel though and thats enough for now!
