*Can I just say, this peanut butter cheesecake is AMAZING! The best low carb dessert I've tried thus far, for sure. If you like peanut butter, you will love this cheesecake! By the way, I had natural chunky peanut butter, so this added a little crunch in the cheesecake. I would definitely recommend this dessert! It makes eight huge pieces.... Yummy!
