DAY 90 Low Carb Food Journal
- Chunky chicken vegetable soup
- One chicken breast tender with 1/2 piece eggplant parmesan
- Two snickerdoodles (finally, they are gone!)
- 1 oz smoked turkey
- A slice of BLT pizza with mayo on cauliflower pizza crust
Exercise:
- 33 minutes on bike
- Sit-ups on ab roller
