Low carb menu for January 1

- Two pieces of sausage quiche with mushrooms, onions, peppers and low carb ketchup
- Two sausage patties
- Three low carb pancakes with Mrs. Butterworth's low carb syrup
- Taco salad with taco meat, cheese, salsa and sour cream with some plain pork rinds
