Low carb menu from Saturday

- Chicken, breaded with parm with low carb honey mustard
- Scrambled eggs with low carb ketchup
- Shrimp cocktail with low carb cocktail sauce
- Ham, broccoli and deviled eggs
- 3 oz salted almonds
- 1.5 coconut flour brownies with low carb chocolate frosting
