Low carb menu

- Pumpkin bake
- Unpotato salad
- Two sausage patties and three eggs, scrambled with low carb ketchup
- Low carb chocolate pudding, made with half heavy cream and half water
- Two low carb pancakes with sugar free syrup and ham
- Crock pot low carb beef stroganoff over mashed cauliflower
- Half of a piece of low carb lemon pound cake (so good)

  2. Yeah, that lemon pound cake is SO GOOD and it's only three carbs per piece with the liquid splenda.
