- Two low carb pancakes with two sausage patties and sugar free syrup
- Three quarter pound hamburger patties with tomato, mayo, mustard and low carb ketchup
- A few bites of unpotato salad when I was making it (to taste it, of course!) with green pepper chunks added in
- One chicken breast nugget, breaded with Parmesan cheese and fried
- Small bowl of hamburger/cabbage/tomato/mushroom/onion thing
