- LC peanut butter protein shake with coconut*
- Broccoli - cauliflower gratin
- Meatballs with Hunt's sugar free marinara sauce over spaghetti squash with an oopsie on side
- 1 oz raw almonds/walnuts mixed
- Two chicken breast tenders, coated in Parmesan cheese
- Swiss cheeseburger with tomato, onions, ketchup, mustard and mayo on an oopsie roll
This peanut butter/coconut shake is incredible! I swear, with the addition of the coconut, this filled me up for a long time. The coconut makes it so much thicker.... Thanks to the Healthy Fellow for the awesome recipe!
